Bourbon biscuits and mint crisp aromas, as well as plumbs, blackberries and a hint of mandarin acidity. This second wine could be mistaken as a first from many other châteaux. In the mouth, deep black fruit, succulent acidity, well balanced with generous flavors of After Eight mints, treacle and raspberries.
Aromas of blackberries, dark plums, bark and baking spices. Medium-bodied with velvety tannins and fresh acidity. A juicy red with a silky texture and an elegant, flavorful finish. 78% merlot and 22% cabernet franc. Drink after 2023.
Bright fruit aromatics, with the palate immediately welcoming you in with smooth tannins, all in balance and not trying too hard. Rosehips and raspberries kick things off with an emphasis on ripe, juicy and fresh summer fruits. This is the second wine of Fleur Cardinale, in its 2nd vintage, and brings much of the same personality and polish.
Dark chocolate covered cherries and plums on the nose and in the forward, soft, round, sweet, fruit filled palate are what you find here. You can drink this on release.
A ripe, dark chocolate flavored wine, this is rich with juicy Merlot flavors. Its density and black plum skin textures are enhanced by the depth the wine, its concentration. Drink from 2025.
